YAECI launches product database displaying yearly running costs

The YAECI project has launched a product database. The database consists of detailed product information and calculates the yearly energy, and where relevant, water costs for household appliances with an EU energy label. Registered suppliers and retailers can access the database at www.yaeci.eu. The database aims to provide information on yearly energy costs of household appliances offered by retailers, and ensures that accurate and reliable consumption data are communicated to the end consumer.

Retailers and suppliers in Malta interested in participating in the YAECI project can register with the national YAECI partner 'Projects in Motion' free of charge.
